K. Scott Malone, M.D.

Dr. K. Scott Malone is a triple-board-certified Physiatrist, also known as a Physical medicine and Rehabilitation specialist, who specializes in the nonsurgical treatment of Orthopedic and Sports-related acute and chronic injuries and conditions.

Dr. Malone has extensive experience as a team physician, serving as a team physician for Fort Valley State University, Central Georgia Technical College, the NFL Europe – Berlin Thunder,  NBA D League Macon Blaze, Hockey  Macon Whoopee, Grambling State University, Troy University, and Auburn University. He also developed the sports medicine program for all Houston County High Schools and is passionate about mentoring young athletes.

Dr. Malone was named one of the “Top Physicians in America” by the Consumers Research Council in 2003. He was also the National Medical Association’s “Practitioner of the Year” in 2004. He received the Outstanding Eagle Scout and Golden Eagle Award in June 2016 from the National Eagle Scout Association and the Central Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Outside of his physiatry practice, Dr. Malone enjoys fishing, collecting classic cars, and is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He is on the board of directors for the Robins Air Force Base Museum of Aviation and is the chair of the National Eagle Scout Association of Central GA.
